New here. I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety/panic attacks. It has been a little over a month since I had a bad spell that sent me to the hospital two times in the same weekend. I just kept not feeling well after that. Finally after a bunch of tests and blood work here we are. I am on 10mg of citalopram and .5 of Xanax. I am on day 6 of the cita and it has been quite a ride. Not a good one. My anxiety has increased I believe and not feeling quite right. I believe that it has gotten better over the last couple of days though. Kind of scary at times I have to say but I know that its just the meds so I have gotten through the anxiety attacks. Anyway I am glad to be here. Reading some of the posts has helped me out already!
