freaking out about a dream, help!

Hi, I had a bad dream about a month ago that I saw the number 13 and I dropped dead!!!! It's Friday the 13th tomorrow and i am going to be a wreck tomorrow.. i feel really mental and silly for saying this, but I cant get it out of my head, im hoping someone can rationalise my head...:( xxx

aw, thats horrible for you!
I used to get awful nightmares that would wake me up, they seemed so real...nowadays they have susided thank goodness. If I get one now I am very firm with myself and make myself get up and forget it. Easier said than done but it really helped keep the bad dreams out of my waking hours.
Dreams are rarely prophetic in my experience, I hope that you can get it off your mind!
ps. Don't watch any horrible films or read thrillers! Ha!
