Hey ya'll,
Wow... I have noticed such a big difference in 12 days. Sure it began with nausea, sweating, difficulty sleeping and no appetite but in 12 days I have experienced minimal anxiety that was easily pushed aside. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week and socialising with my friends more and I've not been drinking either.
I also have IBS. What I noticed was that after a few days of sertraline my IBS symptoms are virtually non existent regardless of what I eat. Has anyone heard of or experienced this?
In no way am I out of the woods yet but considering that i've been suffering from Panic Disorder and GAD/depression for 3 years now and this is the first thing that's given me the help I need to go out and enjoy life! Cipralex did NOT work for me, but this seems to be helping. Stick it out guys!
