Stomach gurgling ......is this normally ibs or excess acid .

I have both ibs and excess acid and i don,t know which is which anymore :weep:
I also get a warm feeling across my stomach and down both sides

Think it is tummy acid Mel .........not sure but I get this a lot and dont thank goodness yet have IBS .
