Hi guys i was wondering if someone could help me about 2 weeks ago i woke up with a light head and abdominal pain in my upper right ,left and lower left i also have problems with my vision since then i have had on and off chills and some nausa i got a blood test last week which the nurse said was fine but i am now worryed i have cancer i was wondering if cancer comes on like this with no syspmtoms then all of these i am in a panic
