I've just came across this site today and signed up. At paniccenter.net you fill out a questionnaire when registering and it sets up a customised program for you needs. The program can last up to 12 weeks and is split into different sessions. You read through the session and are then given your homework for the week. when you complete it, you move on to the next session. You can go back and read through previous sessions if you like. I just thought I would share this as it looks like a very promising site and if i feel like it could help me then sharing it with you all will mean it could help you too :)

Please check it out, It's the best site with free program and info that I've ever came across....and I've been looking for quite some time!
