hey guys, im feeling very lightheaded 2day (or was) and i feel like my pulse is really weak (i check it regularly) im also getting sporadic pains all over my chest, mostly it feels like pressure, also i have sweaty hands (tmi sorry) :( just feel like s**t

Oh sorry you feel so bad... I'm feeling the same way today! Every symptom you've described I've had for the last few weeks. Went to doctor yesterday and he said all my tests and exams are perfect. Anxiety sucks!!! :(

Go for one of your night walks Paul!!! Ride through it brother!!
Check your breathing too mate..... Make sure it's not so high up in your chest.....

thanks guys, ye it F-ing sucks! im not going to the doctors.. need to avoid the place, ive been there too many times over the past year lol! hopefully ill feel better i n the morning! i would go for one of my walk but i lost my phone at a nightclub a few nyts ago and it had alllllll my music on it :o cant walk without music!
