Had a leg cramp

I had a really bad leg cramp about 6 months ago. When it occurred it left a bump on my right calf muscle. It fells different not soft but like a kindda hard lump. It was not there before i had the cramp and it is located in the lower part of my calf 1 inch above the bottom of the muscle in the center. I have tired to rub it out thinking it is a muscle knot but no matter what i try it wont go away. What should i do to treat this and how can i tell if it not a tumor or something of that nature?

Ask a doctor if the lumps still there , it could just be knot in the mucle .

well its just one lump. I tried many times massaging it out... wont go away and seems to be getting a bit harder now that i have started messing with it.
