I know i mentioned these cd on another post, and i hope im not breaking rules, but i would really recomend them! Paul Mckenna, increasing your confidence cd. They make u feel so relaxed!! LIsten to it twice a day, in the morning, and at night. Stick to it, dont give up, and it will make you feel better! I promise!
