Hand muscle problem please read.!

HI Everyone,

Wondering if anyone gets this :

If I open my hand out face up and bend my wrist, on the little finger side of my palm the muscle sort of contracts inwards like a cramp. It visibly moves into the hand but I don't get any pain.

Has anyone else got this.?

It gets worse if I try and move my little finger away from the hand... really worried this is connected to my other muscle problems.

Hey,

I get this too - sometimes it's my little finger and sometimes it's my thumb. Mine is fleeting though and once it has stopped I forget about it.

It might be best talking to your GP about it if you do have other conditions (as you mentioned)
