Hi everyone , Im Nick , 45 yrs old and married with 3 great kids, currently suffering from Deep Depression and Anxiety , been very unwell this year having spent nearly 5 months of the last 8 months in local Psychoatric Ward but unfortunately feel no futher forward than I did in May last year when it surfaced its ugly head and Medication remains as was , CBT starting tomorrow with a Psychologist been advised best way forward as apparently I suffer from Automatic Negative Thinking constantly deriving from my anxiety.

I personally feel there is more to my problem but of course nothing ventured nothing gained as they say and I am prepared to do anything to get out of this never ending rut I find myself in

I am hoping to share my experiences and of course seek others opinions and advice.

Forum looks very interesting and busy so looking forward to it
