Panic Attacks!

Hello, So last night i was asleep, and suddenly woke in a panic, my heart racing.. feeling like my tounge was going down my throat, which dr has told me is impossible, then after that went, i layed back down and got a funny taste in my mouth.. and started panicing again! anybody else had this..?

Hi when ive had a panic attack or if im really anxious i get a sort of metallic taste in my mouth and it goes really dry? apparantly its very common with anxiety and no matter how much i drink ive still got the weird taste and really dry mouth?? hope your feeling a bit better xx

Yes fine now, always am the next day, but still from the funny feeling in my my mouth i keep thinking about it and getting like mini panic attacks, thanks for the reply :) xx
