Month of bloating, diarrhea, nausea and stomach pain

I am long time sufferer of HA, GERD and IBS. My IBS has mostly been constipation and my GERD is usually only bad a few days at a time. I take omeprozale for the Gerd and use fibre for the IBS. For whatever reason I have had a month of near constant bloating, diarrhea, nausea and some stomach pain. I keep telling me that this is just GERD/IBS but nothing seems to help. There are times when it isn't bad and that gives me hope that this isn't the big C. I did have a colonoscopy 1.5 years ago and an endoscope of my esophagus and stomach about 5 years ago. Can anyone give me so reassurance on this? I am very scared and I know this is making everything worse. Thanks

BTW - I am not on anxiety meds and I am a smoker ( bad I know)
