Hi everyone i'm new and have never used a forum either, would be nice to chat with a few people, I have anxiety and want to know i'm not the only one..... I can talk a glass eye to sleep so any guidance would be appreciated.

I have panic and anxiety, also health anxiety [Ugh] its not great but it can be beaten [Yeah!] so glad you could join us. Welcome!!![8D]
