Gagging in the morning

This is really annoying and horrible. Every morning as soon as I wake and get up I start gagging like I'm going to be sick, anyone else had this?

Yup for thirty odd years now, not every morning but when I am expecially anxious. Oddly if I do end up being sick I normally feel better afterwards, but I wouold prefer to skip the entire process given the chance.
