Another new symptom AGGGHHHH! Help! :(

I've had mild pulsatile tinnitus in my right ear since just after New year (when I had a horrible bout of sinusitis an was very bunged up) It seems to go but does come back occasionally and I'm not really worried about that, however... these last two days whenever I stand up or bend down, my head and neck pulsate quite strongly for about a few seconds then it goes. It's so weird. Not painful or anything, I just have a strong feeling of my pulse in my head/neck.

I HAVE been anxious these last few weeks too. Could be that but it's worrying me still. I just want to feel normal again! :(

Did you take mess for. Sinusitis ? And I also get same thing when I bend over I get loads of pressure and paluse also hope u feel better soon

I just took over-the-counter Sudafed. Really didn't want antibiotics as I'd been on some in December for a chest infection!
