I've just joined the site and I've found it very useful already. I've been suffering from palpitations, headaches and dizziness, only to be fobbed off time and time again by my doctor. I've known for sometime it to be anxiety/panic related but have found it so hard to explain how I'm feeling due to my own naiivity and embarassment at th thought that I'm actually going mad!
If anyone has had any similar experiences would be nice to chat :)
