Hello my forum friends :)
I do not want to take forum space ....but realise that you lovely loving people who have followed my troubles would like some feedback for your messages to me .
All is ok here .....treatment underway ..good doctors [apart from the youth who told us bad news within a minute of our bums on seat :lac:] he will learn I hope
But the good old NHS delivers .........we are very thankful . xx
What I have learned is that actually you do reach a point of no more terror .
You accept it . And kindness from you .yes you ......made it possible for me to keep calm and help the one who needed it .
Got lots of diet changes going on :blush:..........taking control back and it distracts us and hopefully will make us healthier anyway
I cannot ever tell how much this forum and kindness from people I will never know in person .. helped me through utter fear one day .
you are all so much in my thoughts . every post .every person .
