Hey guys, I just wanted to say thanks to everybody here. I think I found this site over the summer. I don't know what I'd do if I did not, as I thought I was suffering alone and know that I am not. Everybody here has been very helpful to me and I really feel like I am coming to terms with having anxiety.
Anyway, I'm not going off the site or anything, but just wanted to say thanks! You guys have helped me stay sane :)
