Can anxiety & stress do this?

Things are very stressful at the moment and my anxiety is sky high! Over the last couple of days I have noticed that the front of neck feels very tight, almost as if someone has there hand to my throat. I also get a pressure feeling around my middle, and it is like I can not take in a full breath.

Could this be my anxiety???

Thank you. Just feel tight/pressure around middle today. Trying to relax x
