Dentist Visit

Going to the dentist tomorrow to have a wisdom tooth looked at and I'm already in panic mode.Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Phill, I hate dentists too but my friend is one and he does my teehth. Have you got rescue remedy? Any relaxatiion Cds that you can listen to as you wait? or get the dentist to put on while you're in there, my dentist has radio on and others have relaxing music to aid relaxation. I'm sure it'll be fine, if all else fails think of the discomfort you'd have if you didn't go, that might help.

I went and got through it no probs. For me I think anticipation of events is worse than the actual thing.
