Hi all

If you use the "contact us" to ask a question, get a password reset, change user name, have problems getting in to chat and anything else then please note the following:

I get an email from this.

I reply to every email

Sometimes the emails go to my spam folder but I do check this as well

PLEASE check your own spam folder as I do reply as soon as I can.

It would be nice if people could acknowledge that they received my reply and whether it sorted the problem or not.

I spend a lot of time replying and a lot of the time I never hear back and sometimes get multiple "contact us" emails from the same person.

Check that you are allowing replies from anyone (and not just people in your address book) and please do check spam/junk emails.

It can be frustrating when I reply and never hear back again.

Bumping up as I am still replying to about 5 emails a day and never hear back. Please let me know that I have helped you etc
