Apologies this is a repeated thread (kind of!) but reading throuhg this morning there was a trhead about an NHS self-referral service, which I was going to go back to, to research further, but now I can't find it!:unsure:

Anyone point me in the right direction?

Was this referral for CBT? I remember seeing a post like that yesterday?
