i seem to think whenever i go out and the anxiety makes me out of breath thats because im unhealthy,. So nearly everyday i go on my exercise an hour. Its helping me feel more positive and fitter.

Just wondered if anyone is the same ?

im a smoker, so always out of breath !

Being short of breath is classic with anxiety - one of my main symptoms...

Hi Dan,
I just posted about my tension headaches and said that yesterday i did a bit of exercise and that it did make me feel better.
Apparently, exercise releases Seratonin in the brain??? I dont know if thats a fact but i was told it.
