My Nan died last May and I feel lonely and lost without her

Sorry to hear about your Nan. I lost my mum 3 years ago and i still miss her every day. I feel there is no one to look after me now. Even though your nan is no longer here, she is still with you in your heart and in your memories.

Hi I'm sorry to hear about your nan... my dad passed away nearly 2 years ago and although I have come to terms with a lot of issues from his death I occasionally have flash backs and feel overwhelmed with grief... it's a slow process and one that you should allow yourself to feel it... If you feel that grief is taking over your life maybe you could contact people like crusebereavementcare.org.uk
I know it sounds silly but give it time hun... I'm sure she is looking after you from above :hugs:

i lost my mum 4 years ago in feb we always wished we had not said things and done more i still miss her
i think loseing your nan is a big thing i miss my nan still
but we will see them again one day
