I always wake between about 5-6am and I see other people do too, any idea why this is?

im actually the opposite, ever since ive suffered with anxiety i can sleep 12 hours easy and still be tired the next day

Me too intact I've got worse lately more like 3-5 I wake up. I think it's due to anxiety being worse in the morning we can't go back to sleep!

Apparently its something to do with over-dreaming, just google "depression waking up early", its quite interesting.

I do it too. That was an interesting link. I miss the days when it was hard to wake up.

i wake up at 5 every day too, but im still tired and drift back to sleep just as my alarms goes off, then i cant get up, and i generally HATE mornings, im grumpy and my anxiety is worse.
