anxiety pains in stomach

hello got really bad anxiety pains in stomach, anyone have any ideas or tips on how to over come this pain.

If you can lay on the sofa or in bed with your legs drawn up to your tum or lay in the fetal position. Also try a nice warm hot water bottle on your tum.
