Does anyone else get this

I have been very stressed lately due to the delayed house move and things at work and today I feel almost feverish, hot and cold and I keep feeling nauseous, are these anxiety things?

Hi there, moving house is one of the most stressful things that will happen to us, and that's a fact.of course you will be feeling stressed, anyone would! Take things easy (if poss) make sure you eat and drink, water!!!!! What you are feeling are classic signs of anxiety. Good luck with the move xx
