Emotional pain with anxiety?

Does anxiety come with emotional pain? what I mean is, feeling deep emotion inside that feels like it cuts at you? is this a natural part of anxiety?

It does for me. I find the physical symptoms far easier to cope with than the emotional ones.

I agree with you tiddly, the emotional side of the anxiety and depression can be really difficult to handle.

you mean crying uncontrolably or for no reason what so ever??? yes i get these too. mainly its a feeling of worthlessness because of the anxiety.
