Dose too high ?

Hey guys how's everyone feeling?

I was jut wondering how soupy know if your dose it too high?

Hi Goggy, i am on citalopram now at 25mg, i went up to 60mg last year on my psc doc's advice.

I knew i was on too high a dose, because the anxiety was worse, and i was so tired, and had no benefit at all.

I have slowly decreased over 8 months to my dose now. hope this helps

Yea goggy, i am the same as you overthink everything.

but i am doing ok, but sometimes wonder if the cit has done all it can for me, maybe expecting too much.
