Hello, my name is Richard and I'm 27 years old, I'm unsure how long I have suffered from anxiety and depression,but I first saw the Doctor about it six months ago.
I'm currently taking 40mg of fluoxetine, which at first helped me alot, however after my most resent breakdown I have been drinking heavily and self harming again.
I have often come to this forum to read other people's difficulties, and because I can relate to many of they're experiences I felt it was time to join.
