Head rush

Does anyone get strange feelings in their heads which I can only describe as a head rush? It's not a headache as its not painful. Not sure if it's meds or anxiety.

Do you feel disconnected like your in a dream? Or a dizzy type feeling?

I certainly get very odd feelings in my head, which I conclude are anxiety (either that or I have something very badly wrong with me, which is, of course, the conclusion I often draw!)

Anxiety/adrenelin/amplification of the sensation - whatever it is it's horrible.

I would say anxiety. is it like a dizziness and surge of adrenaline?

Yes i get these, they start in the back of my neck, and rush up to the base of my skull then disappear, I dont know what causes them and I'm sure my anxiety makes them worse, I'm not on meds so its not that, I think its tension, caused by the anxiety - but when I get one, I worry and they get worse but they are my most common symptom at the moment.

I would say it definitely is like a surge of adrenalin

Jay definately not disconnected ma not dizzy. I'm not too worried about it just intrigued!
