HELP! Something weird with my Eyes.....

Ok, was up pretty early been running around outside the last two hours or so. I got home and my eyes are doing this crazy thing again....I can feel the panic starting to boil up in me.....Ive been getting it a lot recently.

It's almost like a film of mist covers mainly my right eye, so my left is ok but if I close it everything looks blurry and misty through my right. I've tried rubbing it, it's not dry! I have no idea why it keeps doing it. I have to do loads of work on the computer today- this is not regular for me (tax stuff) but I'm getting panicky now and scared.

I had an eye test over a year ago which was fine. I had a squint when was a child in my right eye which was removed by an operation asna child.....is this anxiety? It's weird cas I was quite happy until this kicked off!

So fed up....starting to feel dizzy now......:weep:

Hi it probably is anxiety, I have this a lot where my sight is ok but I am looking through a film at everything.

I have been to see any eye specialist and he informed me I have cataracts, which is not life threatening I know just a real nuisance. However I have other eye symptoms as well and was told these are just anxiety/stress and possibly eye strain but for your own piece of mind why don't you have your eyes checked over by a specialist. No harm in that?

Hi Carefree.....Unfortunately it's now turned into full blown panic....I'm sitting here cold shaky and struggling for breath....I hate that these small things set this off.....I could feel it coming, I just hope it doesn't get worse....I think your right, will get them checked out again....
Hope we can all shift this nasty thing! Gonna get out the house if it doesn't ease as being alone with the baby makes it worse.....

Hi Em84. That is really strange I get this in my left eye and yes I would say it is stress, as mine comes on when i am in the kitchen doing the dinner for the kids after rushing around and i sit down to eat i keep thinking something is burning as i see a mist but if i look with my right eye only the mist is gone.

Strange but true. Have a eye test soon will ask about it.

Hi Carefree & Everyone.....

I feel a bit better today, still not 100%.....left with achey limbs and adrenaline rush feelings. I'm going to crack on with work today as I just couldn't yesterday.
It's a good thing I have an understanding boss :)
