pulse in stomach etc

Help waiting to see specialist for low down stomach pain in side and pain down below and low back and leg too. Got worse in dec-with piles too a nd cramps and tiredness. go to loo to urinate a lot more too-but no infection present been told. Doc thinks kidney related or old endo scars. i am 5o tho now.Doesnt think its small forbroid that i and since 2009. however can feel strong pulse above navel-worried about abdominal aneurysm now. anyone else have this.

If I put pressure on my abdomen I can also feel a pulse....as well as laying on my front on a hard floor.....think it's one of those things
