EFT - Tap myself happy?

Ive just had my first session with a physcological wellbeing practitioner :weep: :weep: oh my....did i cry......
she has suggested I have cbt,councelling ang give EFT a try.......
I looked up this EFT a few weeks ago and initially laughed at it....tapping? seems so daft...but my pwp says she,s heard such good feedback with it,so Im willing to try it....anyone else tried this?

Do a search for EFT and you will be able to read their stories as well
