Hi this may sound stupid but it's driving me nuts, any time I stand up or go up the stairs basically anything like exercise I get like a pressure type rush in my chest and it feels like my heart is gona pound out of my chest it's beating so hard,and also I can't do what I used to enjoy doing like playing football and going to the gym because of this was wondering if anybody else on here is experiencing the same cause it's very scary x
