Head tension/blurred vision

For the last few days I have had strong tension from my neck which continues all over my head, I also feel like I have blurred vision and that something is going on behind my eyes. It kind of feels like I'm in slow motion in some ways. Is this common with anxiety? Never had anything like this.

I too get bad head tension and lots of pressure behind my eyes, almost like they are gonna pop out. Its horrible. XX

Glad I'm not the only one, seems to happen more after I finish work or during work hours. I guess it's just the anxiety that has built up and the tension is showing. Hope you two feel better soon too :)

How is your posture at work? Sitting hunched over a desk can definitely cause head and neck pain. You may also want to have your vision checked if you haven't recently. Especially if you are in front of a computer all day, you may be having some eyestrain.
