yellow skin round eyes and mouth

Hi guys i was wondering if anyone could tell me for the last 7 years or so ive had a kind of yellow skin only round my mouth and eyes not the eyes themself but round them i recently had a blood test in which the liver function came back normail i also asked the doctor if he thought if i had jandice to which he replyed no i was wondering if this is just normal for some people or is there something worng.

could be a number of things... like you say you had your liver checked.. i read somewhere possibly vit A deficiency. and also saw this link
