Have Answers, So why the anxiety????

Hi Im 42 and have a question

Had some results last week, from an MRI plus endoscopy and eye specialist to my huge relief found nothing life threatening, Cyst, diagnosed with cataracts and a hiatus hernia, which explains a lot of my symptoms and am glad I listened to my body. So I kinda thought - "move Forward, get a grip you are ok." I felt good for a couple of days, and then wham panic/anxieti from nowhere yet again. Why? I just want to get on. I should be happy/relieved :lac:

Thats the nature of this type of anxiety. We get reassurance and then we think "oh no what if they missed this" "Oh know but what if this test is wrong" and then we move onto worry about other things.
Dont worry you have had the tests.
No doctor will refer me for anything. No doctor will even give me a blood test using the excuse "i am 18" even though i have symtopms of illness :@.

And sometimes panic can not be controlled, it doesn't have a notable thought beneath. It can appear totally our of nowhere. It might not be only related to heath concern type of thoughts, it can be just an auto response and a game your mind plays to you. At those times try to keep calm and know that it's happening for no reason and will pass away soon after you relax. Take few deep breath and relax slowly. Try to focus on something else. It's easier to relax when you are not thinking of health issues.

Thank you for your replies. Its odd this anxiety lark.
Im not concerned or worried about health at the moment thanks to the results I have had so naively thought my anxiety symptoms were actual symptoms connected to the test I have had E.g Blurred vision and light tricks turned out to be cataracts, acid reflux, sharp pains and chest pains - Hiatus Hernia, Head Pressure and headaches sinus but Nooooo of course not! There is whole lot of other symptoms arggghhh!
