just sat here on my laptop and then heard like a donnnnnggggggggg sound in my ears and it felt like my head was vibratin made me feel so weird :( iv had it before anyone know what this is :( xx

its just "tinnitus" except yours wont be constant(unlike mine lol) , its a symptom of anxiety, panic or stress.. dont worry yourself it should go soon x

really oh god i was so worried still am lol i did think tinnitus but of course with ha anxiety its hard to except that :( lol i feel so weird now kind weak and shakey thanks hun :) xx

I have had that before, not sure what it was but it shakes me up I think just from surprise. Never had an issue though with my ears!
