Chest pain :(

I need reassurance, pleassee. I'm 24, I recently (about a month ago) went to the hospital for chest pain. I had an EKG and tons of blood tests. Everything was fine. About 2 weeks ago I had chest pressure, and my dr again sent me for tons of blood tests and a chest xray, which was fine.

I'm worried because I'm having palpitations, my hearts skipping a beat sort of, and my chest has pressure/pain right in the center. I feel like I cant breathe, like I cant inflate my lungs allthe way cause my heart is swollen. I listened to my lungs and they sound okay, my heart isnt racing, just doing funny stuff.

Any Input?

also my BP for the last few weeks has consistently been 114/70.

This sounds like anxiety to me, had this, done it, still have it....drives me crazy and it is worrysome, BUT if he gave you the ok, try not to worry about it. Worrying only makes it worse-but I know it is easier said than done. You are not alone, most of us have the heart worry and the heart skips, etc....
