i have just had my dinner not long ago ( cheese and onion sandwhich) and about 10 mins or so after my right face cheek has started to feel numb, and its panicing me because i think im havin gan allergic reaction to what i have eaten even though i never used to be allergic to onion and cheese etc. Its just my right cheek that feels it, and now my throat feels really tight and i feel like its hard to breathe, and im starting to get over heated.
I dont know if thats happening because im worried that im having an allergic reaction or because i am actual having an allergic reaction. Im in the house with my 11 month old at the mo. I dont know what to do and cant get into the right frame of mind!
