Im comming up to my 6th session of cbt, which my therapist has said that after the 6th they have a meeting to see if they can give me any more help.

Im still struggling doing thinks on my own :(. I dont know what else i can do apart from cbt to help me through my severe anxiety/panic i suffer with ?

im getting more & more depressed worrying over it and depressed with myself :(
