After about four weeks I noticed I was using my mobile phone much more, humming or singing, and a decent red wine felt a good bit more mellow. More worryingly I began to wash the car and catch up on the DIY.

What did everyone else notice?

That's great news, so happy for you.

I think i noticed things very gradually , like taking an interest in things again, and feeling calmer, as time went on, i found i could go out, and later i could eat out, but i found it a slow graduall process

It's the little things that feel like such an achievement isn't it?
I know I'm having a really good day when I fancy a glass of wine, most of the time I can't tolerate it. For me it was washing my hair and putting on some slap before going out, rather than just looking like a wreck!

The day I noticed the birds singing I knew I was feeling better. It had been so long since I'd even been aware they were still flying around!
