Dime sized circle at temple, so worried!

Okay im new and panicking, i have this wierd circle shaped thing just above my left temple, and im panicking, i keep prodding at it and touchin it, i can deffinately see it if im in a certain light but i cant feel a deffinate lump and i dont knw wether its under my skin, i also get like a sinus headache /like stinging there, please i hope some1 has had this, i dont want to pester my doctors again xx thank you xx:yahoo:

best thing to do hun is ring nhs direct 08454647 i only advise you do that because i have no idea what it could be but i dont think its serious we all have odd lumps and bumps on our heads :) just call then for reasurence :) xx
