bad head/brain

Hi I havent been on for a long while now have been fairly anxiety free for 6 months.Have had a fair bit of stress over the last few weeks so am not to sure if this is anxiety or something medical.

It feels like the front of my brain is moving and feels like it is in a vice and tightening . I am trying not to worry to much as I am fairly sure it is anxiety related does anyone else have this symptom.? Headache pills do not help...

I would say it's muscle tension. Nothing is wrong with your brain, lol. I have muscle tension in my head, and it feels like a vice tightening and I also feel a weird sensation in the back of my head. I get them if i look at the computer screen for too long.
