Today I thought would be a good day. Kids and other half at home as the weekend but its been a bad HA day.
I feel like I have been in a fog today, not really interacting with my kids or other half. I feel bad for being this way but I can't seem to shake it off.
My symptoms have been:
Head pressure/sore neck
feeling exhausted
Earaches
Nose feels runny
Feel off balance
Slight IBS tummy
The trouble is when I have the head signs I have convinced I have a brain tumour and HA starts then its a vicous circle.
