I am assuming you are not anaemic?

Not sure about blood sugar level. I seem to remember 5 being ok but don't quote me on it.

Ask your local pharmacy they will know or the doctor next time you see him.

Hi Bev
You can have your blood sugar checked at LLloyds pharmacys. If you go in first thing in the morning before you eat anything they'll do it there and then. Otherwise ask your GP for a test.
Congratulations on your preganancy:D

anywhere between 4 and 7.9 without food is normal and up to 8.9 an hour after food is also normal anything above 11.1 is classed as being diabetic hope this helps

Im not sure about blood levels but have you been tested for anemia?

I was anemic during pregnancy which caused me to feel very faint and tired.

Take care xx

Yes, those are both fine. The stability shows that your innards are working well.

It's is vitally important when pregnant or your body is under stress ( panic+ anxiety) to keep a stable blood sugar and not have a wildly swinging one so a GI regime is best for you.

When anxious we use loads of extra energy and also when pregnant so please be kind to your body and feed it good stuff regularly.
