i was living in ipswich last mnth and was addicted to weed 21 years ..i had a best friend attempt to burgle me also at that time a good friend 21 died of a fit ...so as ipswich was crap i got out of there and gave up weed instantly and relocated and got the mate out of my life too and quite a few others very negative place i been spolit in my new place by family and am very determined and positive but i am suffering bad headaches all day and bad panic attacks which are horrid about 8-11pm trying to sleep is very freaky to be honest but when i get to sleep i do get some sleep but have vivid nightmares about problems in the past death war and basically not nice stuff i was giving zispin and for two weeks i took them but feel they made the dreams come on ...im hoping so much i can lose these attacks as i got no one i know yet in my new town so i am very alone all day pottering around doing anything i can think of...

i think for me, smoking weed caused alot of the anxiety probs i faced later on... only smoked it from age 26 to 30 though..i also lost my best friend when we were 23... I am now 45, i dont take meds anymore though...
Sounds like you are making steps to get your life on track again,,but you need to try and get out and start socialising again, to meet new friends... maybe someone on here is from your area?
I dont have panic attacks anymore, but then ive mastered it - what you have to remember is you have an attack and THEN you panic... you cant stop an attack coming on, but you can choose to not panic... when an attack comes, its all the worry of whats happening, whys it happening, that starts off the adrenaline, and then you panic.... i just ignore an attack, and say yeah whatever, and it dies off before panic can set in... without fuel (adrenaline) a panic cant happen....

i learnt with weed if i ever got paranoid i would laugh it off and say its the weed but now i stopped i expected the paranoia to and it didnt i ache alot god knows what that is though
