Feeling like heart is 'about' to skip a beat, chest feeling weird

Does this sound like anxiety?? My chest feels weird, particularly when I walk about -it sometimes feel like it's about to skip a beat.. or that sort of feeling without actually doing it. It's hard to describe, but I've had it a few weeks now. Does this make any sense?
